​Frozen dumpling cooking instructions:
**(Must keep ALL dumplings frozen)


Pork and Chives, Shrimp and Chicken, and Chicken and Mushroom Boiled or Steamed
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, drop the frozen dumplings into the boiling water
2. Stir to make sure that they don’t stick to the bottom of the pot, then cover
3. After 2-3 minutes, boiling water will foam, take the lid off, add 1 cup of cold water 
4. Once the water boils the SECOND time (additional 2-3 min), dumplings should be floating 
5. Probe the thickest part of the dumpling. Temperature should read 165F or above
6. ENJOY with our delicious sauce.


​Veggie and Sweet Pork Belly Dumplings: Steaming Method
*( HAVE TO BE STEAMED)

1. Line a steamer tray with parchment paper
2. Lightly brush with oil to avoid sticking
3. Place the frozen dumplings into the steam trays and cover for 8-10 minutes
4. After 8-10 minutes, there will be steam and vapor escaping, should be done
5. Probe the thickest part of the dumpling. Temperature should read 165F or above
6. Enjoy with our delicious sauce
