Our dumplings and noodles are made with a Sichuan (Szechuan) Chinese family recipe that goes back farther than anyone can remember.
When The Dumpling Lady moved to America in 2015, she brought this piece of Sichuan with her and set out to create authentic, locally sourced, and delicious dumplings, noodles, and Sichuan street food in Charlotte, NC.
We make our food by hand, and are proud to source our meats and veggies locally and support NC agriculture.

We source our meats & veggies from local farms whenever possible. Only fresh, top- quality ingredients get wrapped up and added to our noodles
We are a husband/wife run company based in Charlotte, NC. The Dumpling Lady was born & raised in Chengdu, Sichuan, and moved to CLT with her husband, an NC-native, in 2015
